Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within select locations in Mogappair, Vanagram, Thirumangalam. Please check the availability of delivery in your area by entering your pin code at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before cut-off time, e.g., 7:00 AM will be delivered the same day.
Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next day.
Subscription Deliveries
Batter card subscription orders will follow the schedule chosen at the time of purchase.
Delivery Slots
We offer multiple delivery slots for your convenience:
– Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM]
– Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
You can select your preferred slot during checkout.

Handling and Packaging
To ensure the freshness and quality of our batters, all orders are carefully packed in eco-friendly, leak-proof containers and transported in temperature-controlled conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking details. Our delivery partner will also notify you when your order is out for delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable during the selected delivery slot, our delivery team will attempt a second delivery. Additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, there may be rare cases of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, traffic disruptions, or high order volumes. We will keep you informed and ensure the earliest possible delivery.
Cancellations and Modifications
– Orders can be canceled or modified up to 7.00AM before the scheduled delivery.
– Subscription orders can be paused or rescheduled by contacting our customer service team
